This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Office Supplies – Envelopes Plain and Printed, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).
The RFQ is to select Supplier(s) to provide Office Supplies – Envelopes Plain and Printed to all the Service Delivery Organizations (SDOs) in the province of Manitoba
