    DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
    This Request for Proposal is issued by Facilities Management and Planning, at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto for a Proponent to perform the Maintenance Services for Indoor Air Quality Monitoring Systems  for the University of Toronto, Mississauga, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga.
    Estimated Commencement date: February 1, 2025
    The term of the agreement will be for three (3) years plus two (2) additional one (1) year optional extensions.

    Proponents Meeting
    The on-site Proponents Meeting will be held on November 14, 2024, 11:00am local time.
    Location: New Sciences Building main entrance, 1815 Outer Circle, UTM Campus, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 1C6.

    Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of November 26, 2024 2:00 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The submissions will not be opened publicly.

    Negotiation:
    At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.

    This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
    The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
    Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19 

    Electronic Auction:
