To provide Construction Contract Administration Services on retainer for CENTRAL Region -  East Area

The scope of the assignment is for contract administration services, which include a Project Manager, Contract Administrator - Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA), Senior Inspector - Road Construction Senior Inspector (RCSI), Junior Inspector - Road Construction Junior Inspector (RCJI), Office Person / Road Construction Junior Inspector, Electrical Specialist – Conventional Illumination, Electrical Specialist – Traffic Signals, Electrical Specialist – ATMS Inspection, Checker, and Senior Structural Inspector.

This assignment is to retain two (2) service providers (prime & alternate) to perform Contract  Administration services over a 2-year period in the Central, Eastern and Western Region. The Ministry will be awarding Contract Administration Retainer Agreements for three (3) separate Geographic Areas within Central Region under 2024–C–4008/4011, Eastern Region under 2024–C–4009/4012, Western Region under 2024–C–4010/4013. Respondents expressing interest in any or all of these agreements will only be eligible for award of one (1) Primary Agreement Area and one (1) alternate agreement Area. NOTE: Proponents interested in all three
agreements must upload into each of the 3 agreements posted (2024–C–4008, 2024–C–4009, 2024–C–4010).
