DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:  Efficiency Manitoba (EM) is looking to establish a collaborative relationship with one or more full-service marketing agencies, who will be responsible for providing brand and creative services to help us deliver on our mandate, achieve our energy savings objectives, and build positive relationships with Manitobans.
By means of this request for proposal, we’re looking for a brand and creative agency that can deliver state-of-the-art marketing strategies and help us tell the story of energy efficiency in an innovative, accessible, and trustworthy manner. We require an experienced agency that can deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping us build a credible brand, speak to the diverse populations and customer segments throughout the province, and do so in a cost-effective manner that provides value to Manitobans.
