2024-E-0040 & 0041: Retainer Services Agreements with up to two (2) firms to call upon from time to time, depending on the Ministry’s needs, to provide the Engineering Services described herein.  In general terms, the project is to provide assistance in completing day-to-day deliverable assignments, and to undertake highly specialized assignments including peer reviews of projects of a complex and/or sensitive nature to the MTO, which likely will include several separate Work Items during a period of up to thirty-six (36) months.
