Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive proposals for a three-year outline agreement for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RECLOSERS.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:
All submissions must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:
- Compliance with mandatory criteria as stated in Forms of Proposal 02 & 02a and the Technical Requirements.
