This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provisions for Removal and Installation of the Prisoner Transportation Containment Unit (PTCU), as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Appendix B – Scope of the Deliverables.
