EDC is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified commercial real estate advisors and brokers to provide exclusive real estate brokerage, tenant and related realty advisory services for the national leasing activities of EDC, including its Ottawa-based HQs. The selected proponent will be responsible for assisting EDC in various real estate transactions and in providing market analysis and guidance on real estate matters with the objective of obtaining the best value for EDC.
