The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure is issuing this Request for Services (“RFS”) to Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Environmental Site Assessments and other contaminated sites related work at various MTI/MPSD site types within Manitoba (the “Project”).
