This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Single-Crystal X-Ray Diffractometers, as further described in Appendix D (RFP Particulars) Section A (the “Deliverables”).

The University of Ottawa is seeking qualified bidders to submit a proposal for two state-of-the-art single-crystal X-ray diffractometers (the “Systems”, with specifications detailed below for each System), which will represent a transformational upgrade to the University’s X-Ray Core Facility (the “XRCF”).
