Request For Supplier Qualification - Elevator Contractors

This Request for Supplier Qualification is to solicit information from interested proponents seeking to be pre-qualified to provide Facilities / Building Elevator Maintenance, Modernization, and New Install services for McMaster University and its approximately 120 elevating devices located on main campus and some satellite locations. This RFSQ does not constitute an offer of any nature of kind whatsoever by the University to any or all of the Proponents. There are two main objectives to this RFSQ:
1. Establish a list of pre-qualified Suppliers to enter into a Vendor of Record ("VOR") Arrangement with the University for a term of three years, with an option to be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, at the sole discretion of McMaster University for the Trade Services.
2. Establish an agreement to the Project Specific Conditions under the Vendor of Record Arrangement with each pre-qualified supplier.
