McMaster University is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) to invite submissions from qualified Construction Management firms interested in being prequalified to act as the Construction Manager for LSB Phase 2.

The selected Construction Manager will be responsible for the full execution of the project, including the coordination and management of all construction activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Project scheduling
  • Site supervision
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Quality assurance and control
The project will be delivered under a CCDC-5B – 2025 stipulated price contract with McMaster University.

All Proponents must have obtained the RFSQ from www.Merx.com (MERX®).   Failure to have obtained the RFSQ from MERX®. will result in disqualification.
