Provision of Medium and Heavy Duty Maintenance Services - Refresh

This Request for Standing Offer (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery on behalf of the Buying Group, to prospective Vendors to qualify for the Provision of Medium and Heavy-Duty Maintenance as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B). The participating member of the Buying Group are:

• Government of Manitoba
• Manitoba Hydro

On March 12th, 2025, Manitoba issued a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for Provision of Medium and Heavy Duty Maintenance, herein referred to as the initial RFSO.
Manitoba is issuing this first refresh of the RFSO to seek additional submissions from qualified Vendors for medium and heavy duty maintenance services in various locations within Manitoba, that can provide the deliverables described in this Solicitation on an "as and when required" basis.
This RFSO Refresh is to provide an opportunity to Vendors that were not successful or did not participate in the initial RFSO. The Vendors selected from this refresh will enter into a Standing Offer Agreement and will be added to the qualified Vendor List, which will continue to be in effect until June 30th, 2028.
Previously selected Vendors remained on the qualified Vendor List, for which they had already qualified under previous RFSO processes, until June 30th, 2028. 
Note: Vendors who were selected under the initial RFSO do not need to resubmit under this RFSO Refresh.
