RFP for Audiology Diagnostic Equipment - OAE and ABR

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Provision of Audiology Diagnostic Equipment – Otoacoustic Emission (OAE) Diagnostic Equipment and Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) Diagnostic Equipment units for the Province of Manitoba, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).

This RFP is broken down into two (2) separate categories for award: Category 1, Otoacoustic Emission (OAE) Diagnostic Equipment and Category 2, Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) Diagnostic Equipment. Shared Health reserves the right to award these categories separately to multiple proponents or one successful proponent for both. 

Proponents must limit each bid response to only one (1) brand type per Category. If proponents offer more then one (1) brand per category, proponents may bid more then one (1) submission for each category. All or some of the top ranked proponent’s bid, per category, may or may not form part of the final agreement.

In consideration of Shared Health’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, Preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Shared Health may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.
