Description
This Request for Standing Offer (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery on behalf of the Buying Group, to prospective Vendors to qualify for the Supply and Delivery of OEM parts for Medium and Heavy Duty Fleet as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B). The participating members of the Buying Group are:
  • Government of Manitoba
  • Manitoba Hydro
The purpose of this RFSO is to obtain submission from authorized Vendors to provide Medium and Heavy-duty Fleet Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts to Manitoba.
In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, Preference will be given to Canadian and Non – US suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.
Manitoba will execute the Standing Offer Agreement (Appendix C) on behalf of Buying Group Members. Each Buying Group Member may execute their Participating Addendum (Appendix D) with the successful Vendor(s) (Contract Vendor). The terms and conditions of the Participating Addendum(s) may vary by Buying Group Member.
