The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking quotations for an Individual Standing Offer Agreement for Heavy Equipment Rental, including loaders, backhoes, skid steers and graders. An overview of the Deliverables is presented below. Specific requirements are presented for Respondent confirmation in Appendix C – RFQ Particulars (Section D. Mandatory Technical Requirements).
