    Description of Procurement
    This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization’s capability and resources for the Elevator Modernization and Elevating Device Repair and Maintenance Services. Phase 3 (2 elevators) at Toronto Metropolitan University, as further described in Appendix B - Deliverables.
    The University intends to execute a Master Services Agreement, as provided in Appendix E – File 1.  All construction work will be entered into through separate CCDC - 2 Stipulated Sum provided as Appendix E - File 2 and with CCDC 2 2020 - Supplementary Conditions, as provided in Appendix E - File 3. 
    The University intends to execute a Master Services Agreement, as provided in Appendix E of the RFP.

    The Minimum Passing Score is 45.5 Points out of 65 for Stage 2.

    Contract Details
     The term of the Final Agreement is three (3) years, plus two optional renewal periods of one (1) year each, in the discretion of the University
    The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
