Description
Farm Credit Canada (FCC) is advancing its corporate strategy to strengthen operational excellence and innovation across its business units. As part of this transformation, FCC seeks to assess and enhance the operational maturity of three critical business units:
  1. Ag Production
  2. Agri-Food, Alliances and FCC Capital
  3. Risk
FCC recognizes that achieving its strategic objectives requires a clear understanding of current operational maturity levels, identification of capability gaps in relation to FCC’s strategy and target state, and development of actionable recommendations to optimize processes, governance, and resource alignment. This initiative will inform FCC’s roadmap for building resilient, scalable, and future-ready operations.
