Request for Proposals for a Search Engine Optimization Solution

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Sir Sandford Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology (“the College”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Search Engine Optimization Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The College is seeking a comprehensive Search Engine Optimization (“SEO”) solution designed to enhance our digital presence, improve our visibility in search engine results, and support our marketing and recruitment efforts. The desired solution should offer real-time research, automated SEO recommendations and rankings, and identify demand and benchmark competition to boost website performance and maximize the College’s applications. The solution must not require modifications to the College website infrastructure, code, templates, or hosting environment.

All proponents must have a vendor account with the College’s electronic bidding system at: https://ssfc.bonfirehub.ca and must be registered as a plan taker for this opportunity. This will enable the proponent to download the solicitation document, to ask questions, to receive addenda email notifications, download addenda, and submit their proposal electronically through the bidding system.

Deadline for Questions:  Wednesday, February 18, 2026 – no later than 4:00:00 PM local time
Deadline for Issuing Addenda:  Monday, February 23, 2026 - - no later than 2:00:00 PM local time
Submission Deadline:  Monday, March 9, 2026 – no later than 2:00:00 PM local time

Term of Contract
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the College to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each.
