Request for Evidence of Competition (REC) for an Online Learning Platform

The Coordinating Entity requires a particular good, service or equipment, as outlined in this document (the “Product”) and has identified one Supplier (the “Intended Supplier”) to provide the Product.

The Coordinating Entity has reason to believe that only the Intended Supplier is able to provide this Product.  The purpose of this Request is to confirm that there is no competition for this Product.

Please be advised that the purpose of this Request is not to pre-qualify Suppliers for an upcoming competitive procurement process, if any.

Any Response submitted to this Request will not be considered as binding on the Supplier.

All costs and any liabilities incurred by a respondent including (without limitation) those associated with the preparation of a Response to this Request will be borne entirely by the respondent.
