Manitoba Housing requires a Service Agreements for the supply of goods/services to replace residential furnaces and HRV’s. The Services includes, but is not limited to, providing Highly Efficient Furnaces and HRV’s replacement to be performed in Dauphin, Roblin, Parkland and Swan River.
