DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HAAVA94_85555 – Construction of four (4) row houses – Bieler sector, CFHA Valcartier (Quebec).

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for the general construction of four (4) Row Houses (sixteen [16] units) – Bieler sector, Canadian Forces Base Valcartier (Quebec).

A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time, and location.

Time: 10:00 a.m., local time
Location: Defence Construction Canada, Valcartier Garrison, De la Victoire Street, Building 72, Courcelette (QC) G0A 4Z0

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $ 12,200,000

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 483 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
