    Description
    McMaster University invites Proponents to submit proposals to complete a full Hydraulic Modelling and Capacity Assessment for the chilled water District Energy System, in accordance with the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposals. The Proponent will evaluate system performance under various operating scenarios, determine whether piping, pumping, or generation assets are adequate, and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades. Class D cost estimates and phasing considerations must be included as part of the final deliverables. This engagement is a one-time project undertaken for the purpose of completing the hydraulic modelling and capacity assessment described in this Request for Proposals. There is no fixed start or end date. The successful Proponent will commence work once notified by McMaster University to proceed, and the agreement will remain in effect until all deliverables have been completed and accepted by the University. The final report is to be completed by the end of June 2026.
