    Description of Procurement

    The primary objective of this Request for Proposals is to retain mechanical contractor to refurbish the existing constant volume and variable air volume thermal units and retrofit of existing pneumatic control services devices with new direct digital controls (DDC) at the University’s Library Building (LIB) located at 350 Victoria Street, Toronto.
    The University intends to execute CCDC2-2020 Stipulated Sum agreement as amended by the Supplementary Conditions provided in Appendix E.

    The Minimum Passing Score for Stage 2: Technical is 42 Points out of 60 Points.

    Contract Details

    The term of the Final Agreement is approximately six (6) months or the completion of the project, whichever is longer, followed by the warranty period.
    The substantial completion of the project is expected to be on or before August 2026.
    The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
