BRUKER Mass Spectrometer MALDI-ToF Biotyper Consumables

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of BRUKER Mass Spectrometer MALDI-ToF Biotyper Consumables as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).
The term of the contract is to be for a period of six (6) years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) terms of two (2) years each.
In consideration of Shared Health’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for
this solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers who have submitted
compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Shared Health may
re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.
