RFPQ - DSM, Corporate and Market Research Support Services

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: Efficiency Manitoba (EM) is issuing the following Request for Pre-Qualification (the “RFPQ”) to facilitate a transparent and flexible approach to securing a wide range of demand side management (DSM) and demand response (DR) services, expertise, and supporting services as a supplement to and in support of internal resources on an as and when required basis. EM is committed to working with vendors and service providers to deliver efficiency programs to Manitobans and achieve Efficiency Manitoba’s mandated responsibilities while providing value to Manitobans. 
Efficiency Manitoba has identified three (3) service categories that will best align with EM's current needs; Corporate support services, Market research support services, and Demand side management and demand response program support. Each one of these services categories are described within the RFPQ document.

MANDATORY CRITERIA: All proposals/tenders must meet all the mandatory criteria, in Efficiency Manitoba’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process identified within the tender documents.
