DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – SN000428_86225 – Pre-purchase and installation of 6 new prefabricated buildings, St-Jean Garrison (QC)

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to construction of six (6) prefabricated buildings, including the structure and building envelope, as well as installation and other related works that may be required, at the St-Jean Garrison (QC).

NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $10,425,000.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 280 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
