1. Develop a full asbestos inventory for all 28 municipal buildings.
2. Develop a comprehensive Asbestos Management Plan (AMP).
3. Ensure compliance with all Manitoba asbestos legislation and recommended best practices.
4. Provide the RM with clear, actionable documents that operations, maintenance, and safety staff can implement.
