This Request for Standing Offer (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery to prospective Vendors to qualify for the Provision of Geoscientific Editing Services as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B).
The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain proposals from Vendors to provide geoscientific technical editing services for the Manitoba Geological Survey (MGS) on an as needed basis to support the annual MGS Report of Activities and ongoing publication of geoscience materials.
