The University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) is undertaking the development of an indoor Turf Field House adjacent to the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre (TPASC).  This world class multi-sport facility is designed to address the growing demand for indoor field programming, particularly during the long winter months, while supporting the increasing interest among students in both recreational and competitive sports.
Proponents shortlisted through the RFSQ process are invited to the RFP submission.
