Manitoba Hydro is issuing this RFS to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for cutting, sloping and providing proper drainage to Dorsey laydown area. Dorsey laydown area is not sloped properly causing standing water in the yard. The wet ground conditions within a converter station introduces a safety concern due to the resistivity of the ground being low. The yard needs to be reshaped to provide drainage, and new clean rock will increase the ground resistance within the yard.
