Manitoba Housing requires the services of a General Roofing Contractor for the improvement and upgrade of the entire existing roof and roof drainage system, including the removal of the pergolas at the rear north and south end of the building and replacement of the existing roofing assembly down to the roof trusses. The work also includes:
• upgrading the existing gutter and drainage system by removing the current internal drainage system and replacing it with an exterior drainage system.
• Demolishing the existing chimney.
• Cutting and capping existing gas line.
