    Description
    Toronto Metropolitan University (the “University”) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information and schedule strategy discussions (via a conference call or video call) from qualified Manufacturers/Suppliers regarding Collections Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions to support the long-term stewardship, access and management of photography collections at The Image Centre.
    The RFI is intended to gather information on available solutions, capabilities, and implementation approaches. The University firmly believes that participation will be mutually beneficial to both the Supplier/Manufacturers and to the University; however, participation in these discussions are completely optional (for clarity, they are NOT mandatory in order to participate in the future RFP or RFPs).
