Description
This Request for Standing Offer (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery on behalf of the Buying Group, to prospective Vendor(s) to qualify for eligibility to provide Hotel and Conference Services on an “as and when required” basis as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B).
