Roof Replacement at Mulvey School
RFP includes partial removal and replacement of the existing roofing system, mechanical and electrical work. Must include bid bond. Do not qualify or mark-up submissions.
Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Bidders must conform to Winnipeg School Division Bonding and Insurance requirements.
MANDATORY SITE WALKTHROUGH has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2026 @10:00 a.m. at the location of Mulvey School, Main Office, 750 Wolseley Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.
This Procurement is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Trade Agreements.
