Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Assiniboine College (“the College”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Medical Laboratory Equipment, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This Request for Proposals (RFP) is a negotiated procurement process. The College reserves the right to enter into negotiations with one or more Proponents and is not obligated to accept any Proposal. No legal or contractual relationship will be created with any Proponent unless and until a written agreement is executed.
