Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre is seeking proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of one (1) surgical CO₂ laser system for use within Ambulatory Care procedure suites.
The system will support clinical programs in Otolaryngology (ENT) and Gynecology (GYN) and must be capable of performing high precision excision, ablation, and coagulation of soft tissue.
The proposed system must, at a minimum:

The proposed system must, at a minimum:
- Deliver CO₂ laser energy at a wavelength of 10.6 μm with both continuous and pulsed emission modes
- Utilize an articulated arm beam delivery system, with support for micromanipulator and handpiece applications
- Be provided as a mobile, cart-based unit suitable for a procedure room environment
- Include a touchscreen user interface, foot pedal activation, and integrated safety features
