WSP Canada Inc. (WSP), on behalf of The Town of Stonewall (the Municipality), has prepared this Statement of Work (SOW) for the remedial excavation and transportation for off-site disposal of petroleum hydrocarbon (PHC) impacted soil (the ‘Project’) at 500 – 4th Street East, Stonewall, Manitoba (the ‘Site’). WSP will serve as the Contract Administrator (CA) for the Project and provide environmental advisory services for the duration of the Project.
This SOW is intended to define the scope of work required of the Contractor by outlining the project requirements and approved Remedial Plan (RP) by Manitoba Environment and Climate Change (MECC).
