DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for utility customer bill printing and printing services (bill presentment, campaign management tools, etc.) in a secure manner, with the provision of payment processing services, for a three (3) years Contract, with two (2) one (1) year extensions.
Descriptions of ITEMS of the Work and detailed Purchaser’s Requirements are provided in the Technical Specifications and Forms.
