Description
The University of Toronto (the “University”) is seeking responses to this RFP from pre-qualified Design-Build teams for full services relating to the design and construction of the Central Utilities Plant (CUP) 2 at the Mississauga campus (the “Project”). CUP2 will be delivered as a standalone facility and will serve as a model of scalable, geo-exchange-based district energy infrastructure.
