Mandatory Site Visit & Briefing Meeting
Respondents must attend the mandatory site visit and briefing meeting and sign the attendance sheet in order to submit a Response. There will be two site visits. One at the Toronto Reference Library and one at the North York Central Library.
The site visit and briefing meeting will be held on:
Date: Monday June 1, 2026
10:00AM – 12:00PM – Toronto Reference Library -(Meet at front lobby of Toronto Reference Library)– Presentation and Tour of the dedicated Venue Spaces
2:00PM – 4:00PM North York Central Library – (Meet at front lobby of North York Central Library – Presentation and Tour of Dedicated Venue Spaces

Quotations will be received up until the submission deadline of 11:00 a.m. Toronto Time, on Thursday, June 18th, 2026.
