Description
Manitoba Hydro invites Proposals from qualified Proponents for the provision of a Customer Information System (CIS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. The objective of this RFP is to select a Proponent to provide a modern, scalable, and secure platform that will serve as the core system of record for customer billing and customer engagement, supporting both current operations and future business needs. This procurement will be conducted using a staged evaluation process, including mandatory requirements, rated technical criteria, and pricing evaluation. Detailed requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions are provided in the RFP documents and associated proposal forms.
