D2. SCOPE OF WORK
D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of Supply and installation of earthwork and grading, asphalt sport courts, pathways and seating areas plus landscaping, site furniture and custom entry feature.
D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a)Removals
(b)Excavation and grading
(c)Asphalt pickleball courts with acrylic surfacing
(d)Half basketball court with acrylic surfacing
(e)Asphalt pathway and seating areas
(f)Catch basins w/ connection to combined sewer
(g)Subsurface drainage
(h)Trenching and rough in of electrical for site lighting
(i)Fencing
(j)Site Furniture
(k)Planting beds
(l)Custom entry feature and associated lighting
(m)Sport court asphalt repair and resurfacing at Valour Community Centre.
D2.3The funds available for this contract are $670,000.00.
