RFP includes the construction of a new gym addition. Must include bid bond. Do not qualify or mark-up submissions. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Bidders must conform to Winnipeg School Division Bonding and Insurance Requirements.
MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE WALKTHROUGH has been scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026 @10:00 a.m. at the location of Kelvin High School, Main Office,
155 Kingsway, Winnipeg, MB.
General Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.
This Procurement is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Trade Agreements.
