Description
McMaster University invites bidders to submit responses for the supply and delivery of mattresses in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals. The objective of this Request for Proposals is to secure a supplier to provide mattresses on an as-needed basis under a multi-year agreement. The term of this Agreement is for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one-year periods at McMaster’s sole discretion. The anticipated contract start date is July 2026; however, this date is subject to change at McMaster’s sole discretion.
All Proponents must have obtained the RFP from www.Merx.com (MERX®). Failure to have obtained the RFP from MERX®. will result in disqualification.
