Description
The purpose of this Request for Supplier Qualification (“RFSQ”) is to establish a roster of qualified Contractors to provide painting services on an as-required, non-exclusive basis across facilities owned, leased, or operated by the University of Ottawa.
The resulting Exhibit 1 – Form of Agreement may be used for small to medium-sized projects, preventative maintenance work, corrective maintenance, renovations, touch-ups, and urgent service requests.
The University makes no guarantee of minimum volume or value of work under the VOR Agreement.
