Waterloo Region Health Network (WRHN) is issuing this RFI, to gather information from qualified independent vendors to staff, manage, supply and operate the Environmental Services Department of an offsite location. The sole purpose of this RFI is to gather and verify information from vendors and is not intended to solicit competitive bids from said vendors. This RFI is not a contract and does not legally bind the Hospitals. This request does not constitute a call for tenders. This is purely for informational purposes and may or may not be followed by a formal RFP. The purpose of this RFI is to provide an efficient process that will provide The Hospital with as much information about the management services, business practices, and equipment / technology as possible in order to facilitate decision making.
The objective is to:
• Determine the vendors, services, and products available
• Determine the vendors with Canadian Healthcare expertise and experience
• Determine the financial + infrastructure requirements to align hospital operations
• Seek out service improvements from managed vendor services
