REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) No 10000574-26
Bids are invited for Supply and delivery of assorted Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) genuine Ford automotive parts as detailed in the Scope of Work, Specifications, Pricing Schedule, and Mandatory Requirements Forms.
The scope of this RFQ includes the supply, delivery and warranty of the products listed in Appendix B – Pricing Submission Form.xlsx.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Bids must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System (“EBS”), before 1:00:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, as per electronic clock identified on MERX. Submissions submitted in any other manner shall be found non-compliant and disqualified.
Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX portal by the time and closing date, in accordance with the Submission Requirements outlined in the RFQ.

TPS reserves the right to reject any or all responses at its sole discretion.
CONTRACT TERM
The initial one-year contract term will be effective as of December 1, 2026, until November 30, 2027. TPS reserves the right to renew the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. The renewal is contingent upon continued need, budget approval, acceptable performance and TPS approval if applicable.
PIGGYBACK (if applicable)
The TPS may, upon request, permit other public bodies and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any part of the contract which may result from this RFP.
Proponents are requested to indicate on the Pricing Submission form if they will extend the pricing, terms and conditions of this proposal to other government agencies including PCPG, if the proponent is selected.
If the Vendor agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a contract with the Vendor for the purchase of goods and services described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the proponent. Minor changes in terms and conditions may be negotiated by participating agencies.
Please note copies of the proponent’s submission may need to be provided to the interested agency (in confidence) in order to review prior to participating.
NON-EXCLUSIVITY
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
