    Description
    Manitoba requires the supply and delivery of various types of automotive lubricants on an “as and when required” basis, to be used primarily at Fleet Management Services (FMS) locations across the province.
    FMS is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of approximately 3,000 units of equipment, including:
    • Light Duty – cars, trucks, and ambulances; and
    • Heavy Duty – plow trucks, loaders, and graders.
    Additionally, various Manitoba departments have automotive lubricant requirements for a variety of vehicles and equipment used for day-to-day operations.
    Manitoba will execute the Standing Offer Agreement (Appendix C) on behalf of Buying Group Members.
