Western has an extensive and evolving real estate portfolio that includes academic facilities, student residences, research and innovation space, commercial properties, development lands, mixed-use assets, and strategic partnership opportunities.
Western continues to assess opportunities to optimize the use and long-term value of its real estate assets in support of institutional priorities, including academic growth, student experience, financial sustainability, innovation, research expansion, and community engagement.
Western anticipates requiring external expertise from qualified real estate professionals to support a range of brokerage and valuation services associated with these initiatives.
As such, Western is seeking Proponents capable of delivering professional services in one or more of the following categories:
1. Real Estate Brokerage Services (the “Brokerage Services”); and
2. Real Estate Valuation Services (the “Valuation Services”).
Estimated Quantities:
Approximately five (5) legal entities

- Suppliers will be prequalified based on the rated criteria outlined in the RFSQ, Section 3.8.
- Only the Suppliers on the prequalified list will receive further notices of procurement covered by the list (e.g. Stage 2), as per RFSQ Section 1.6.
- Qualification period is three (3) years, as per RFSQ Section 1.5.
Responses must be submitted in English.
